- 10 g impulsor o levadura química
- 10 g bicarbonato
- al gusto Vainilla
- Cobertura de chocolate
- 50 g chocolate sin azúcar
- 1 cucharada aceite de coco

- Mezclamos las harinas con la levadura o impulsor y el bicarbonato y lo removemos todo muy bien para deshacer grumos si los hubiese, otra opción sería tamizarlo todo.
- Por otro lado mezclamos los huevos con el endulzante o los dátiles hidratados previamente en agua, la vainilla y el aceite
- Poco a poco vamos añadiendo la mezcla de la harina e integramos todo muy bien con ayuda de una varilla o una batidora
- Rellenamos en el molde y en mi caso los pongo en la freidora de aire a 150° unos 15 minutos. O sino al horno 180° 12 minutos
- Según vayan enfriando vamos preparando la cobertura.
(Esta vez quise aprovechar que tenía mermelada de fresa y también la incluí) - Calentamos el chocolate en tandas de 30 seg, removiendo cada vez para evitar que se nos queme el chocolate y añadimos la cucharada de aceite de coco así conseguimos que quede más diluido
- Ya nada más nos queda que sumergir cada donut y poner sobre una rejilla.
- Ahora solo queda tener un poco paciencia para dejarlos enfriar, si sois muy impacientes meterlos en la nevera, pero no os demoreis mucho porque.... Corred que esto vuela!!!!
