  5. Pasados 20 minutos, con ayuda de una paleta de madera, comprobar que la patata esté blanda, sino dejar un poco más. Mientras se cuece, vigilar que no se quede sin agua, sino se quemará el fondo.
  6. Cuando esté hecho, apagar el fuego, y añadir 3 quesitos. Triturar con la turmix hasta obtener la textura deseada.
  7. A mis hijos les gusta echarse picatostes, o palitos en la crema.
