  1. Precalentar el horno a 150º calor arriba y abajo
  2. Lavar, secar y limpiar el pimiento, salar ligeramente y poner en una fuente apta para el horno con un poquito de aceite. Asar hasta que se haga, unos 50 minutos
  3. Dejar templar, pelar y trocear el pimiento
  4. Mientras se templa el pimiento, en una sartén sin nada de grasa, tostar las nueces
  5. En el vaso de la batidora poner el pimiento troceado, el ajo pelado y picado, el comino, el zumo de limón, el pimentón, el chile, la sal y las nueces. Regar con un chorro de aceite y añadir el jugo de asar los pimientos
  6. Batir bien, si es necesario añadir muy poco a poco unas cucharadas de agua hasta tener una consistencia espesa. Poner en un bol o plato hondo y meter en nevera hasta el momento de servir
  7. Servir frío con un poco de pimentón y un chorrito de aceite, acompañar con crudités, pan de pita, pan Naan...
