- Añadimos los frutos secos, semilla y avena con una pizca de sal que habíamos tostado y removemos bien hasta que todo quede bien mezclado. Seguimos rehogando unos 3-4 minutos, hasta que la granola se empiece a dorar.
- Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar por completo, al irse enfriando se irá endureciendo y quedando más crujiente.
- La guardamos en un recipiente de Cristal cerrado herméticamente. Puede durar hasta 3 semanas
