  3. En un vaso ponemos la leche con el sobre de gelatina y reservamos. En un cazo ponemos el queso, el chorrito de esencia de vainilla y el edulcorante, calentamos sin llevar a ebullición, cuando lleguemos a ese punto añadimos la leche y la gelatina que teníamos reservada. Batimos bien para incorporarlo a la mezcla. Vertemos en la base poniendo una cuchara para que no caiga el chorro directo. Dejamos enfriar a temperatura ambiente antes de meter en el frigorífico.
