  5. Vierte la masa en un molde previamente pintado con aceite y coloca encima el plátano no maduro cortado en dos a la larga
  6. Hornéalo 35 minutos a 190° C sacándolo cuando hayas comprobado que pinchando con un palillo en su interior éste sale limpio
  7. Déjalo enfriar antes de desmoldarlo
  8. Queda algo húmedo, jugoso y menos contundente de lo que parece con la masa que lleva!!
